Jakarta, January 17, 2024 - PT Sarinah supports the “Garden of GAIA” event held by designer Agnes Linggar Budhisurya from January 16 to 18, 2024 at Sarinah, Jakarta. The event is a celebration of fashion and natural beauty that also aims to support the mission of DoctorShare Floating Hospital.
PT Sarinah fully supports the “Garden of GAIA” event by designer Agnes Linggar Budhisurya, which brings together fashion, art and humanity. The event was held at Tananusa Floor, 6th Floor of Sarinah Building, which is known as a space for creative and public expression.
“'Garden of GAIA' is in line with Sarinah's spirit of supporting social and cultural initiatives,” said PT Sarinah's Director of Business Development and Retail, Selfie Dewiyanti. She added that Sarinah is committed to continuing to be a platform for inspirational works.
A total of 36 nature-themed outfits were displayed in this event. All proceeds from the event will be donated to DoctorShare, a non-profit organization that focuses on health services in remote areas of Indonesia.
“More than just a show, we want 'Garden of GAIA' to be a tangible form of caring for others,” said Agnes. Similarly, DoctorShare founder Dr. Lie Darmawan called the event a meaningful collaboration for a humanitarian mission.
The event is open to the public and free of charge, with various social activities that visitors can participate in.
